I can only agree regarding the move. The preparation was great, the guys were fantastic, and the price was excellent.
BUT, I'm still only giving one star because they broke a glass panel in the kitchen cabinet. The panel was measured and was supposed to be installed within three weeks.
Then came the first rip-off. Of course, no one contacted me, and no one responded to my email either. Then I called and luckily got the dispatcher who had taken the order. What can I say? Five minutes later, I got a call from the installer, saying he was terribly sorry, but he'd broken his hand.
Then came the second rip-off. Three weeks later, I called the installer (luckily, I'd saved his number). He replied that the panel had broken at the glass shop. I was absolutely furious and told him I was having guests over the weekend and couldn't possibly show off the open kitchen cabinet. Two days later, he came with a plexiglass panel, so at least the cabinet was somewhat sealed.
3. After repeated calls, he came back a few weeks later with the prepared glass pane. So, I removed the plexiglass, and what do you know, the drill holes were in the wrong place, where the handle was supposed to go. 'Well, what do we do?' he asked, and luckily, I put the old one back in. Of course, that was some work for him, work he naturally wasn't paid for.
We've now been living in the new apartment for over three months, and I'm still waiting for my pane. When I call him, he hangs up on me. When I call the company, a dispatcher is supposed to call me, but of course, he never does.
I'm just annoyed with myself. If we hadn't paid the bill in full, the whole thing would have been resolved by now.
So, I can only recommend that if anything gets damaged, stick to a certain amount.
