Etwas verspätete Bewertung, aber besser als nie: Ich bin vor wenigen Monaten das zweite Mal mit Lot Jonn umgezogen und kann die Firma ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen. Wenn ich überhaupt etwas kritisieren sollte würde ich sagen, dass man sich bei Aufwand des zweiten Umzugs etwas verschätzt hat. Der Umzug dauerte dadurch etwas länger als gedacht, aber auch diese Probleme wurden prima koordiniert und gelöst.
Die Ansprechpartner sind freundlich und hilfreich, minimale Schäden (eine Scheibe an einem Bild) wurden direkt und ehrlich kommuniziert, und preislich fand ich es auch fair. Daumen hoch!

Der Umzug von Düsseldorf nach Berlin lief von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung problemlos. Wir wurden sehr gut beraten, das Team war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Es war für uns als Kunde sehr entspannt, was sicherlich an der guten Betreuung lag. Alles professionell gelöst. Wir werden die Firma auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen.

Der Umzug von meiner Mutter lief durch diese Firma einwandfrei. Mann kann es nicht anders sagen. Von Einfamilienhaus zu einer Wohnung, Preis was fair und der Chef stets erreichbar.

Great experience. The team was friendly, knew their job well, had expertise in dealing with complex uninstalling and then reinstalling and could speak in German and English. Overall highly recommeded for expats and local population.

This is the third moving company that we have worked with in the Düsseldorf area. They moved us both out of our previous location and into the new one (local move). By far, they have been the most professional and the best that we've worked with. We would highly recommend them. Although the first company was not note worthy, it wasn't bad either. The second one, a 'high-end', popular moving company in the Düsseldorf area with red trucks started out ok but turned into a nightmare after the fact, when they caused some damage in the house and refused to take care of it. They also had some questionable billing practices and were willing to conduct all business in English until it came time to sign for the goods and of course, when a potential claim developed. Lot Jonn was aware of our previous moving experiences and proved to top all. They were very timely in doing the walk through and provided a quote very soon thereafter, adjusted it as requested, and were punctual both for pick up and delivery of goods. The 'boss' was on-site both days, several times, just to check on how things were going. The moving staff was polite, fast, professional and clean. They were attentive, personable and hard-working. The equipment looked new and well maintained The follow-up after the move was also very good. We will absolutely call them again if we find ourselves moving again.
