My experience with Carl Paul Moving Company and why I urgently warn others:
I never thought I'd have to write a review like this. During my move with Carl Paul Moving Company, several valuable pieces of gold jewelry were stolen from a box. For me, this isn't 'a mishap,' but a massive breach of trust.
The entire way they handled it afterward was disheartening: no genuine interest in clarifying the situation, no support, no sense of responsibility. Instead, the matter was simply passed on to the insurance company as if that were the end of it. But for me, the case is far from resolved.
What makes me particularly angry is that this company aggressively advertises its services for senior citizens. If I suffered such a loss, I don't even want to imagine what could happen if elderly people had to place their complete trust in their employees.
I'm having the matter legally reviewed and I won't let this go.
I'm deliberately sharing this experience publicly so others know what they're getting themselves into. For me, one thing is clear: I will never use this company again.Lesen Sie mehr

The company deeply disappointed and upset us.
My mother's move went extremely badly. Several valuable pieces of jewelry went missing during the move.
Given the timing and the fact that the jewelry was still there just before the move, it's clear this happened while the team was working.
We reported the incident immediately, but the company showed no initiative whatsoever to clarify the situation or offer any support. Instead, we felt completely abandoned.
Based on this experience, I strongly advise against using this moving company…

From start to finish, the move with 'Carl Paul' was a good and pleasant experience. Good and friendly initial consultation and a reliable team. Friendly, approachable, and professional. Everything went quickly and smoothly. I can only warmly recommend them.
