Great moving company! We are very satisfied.
It was our first time hiring a moving company and we weren't sure what to expect. So, we submitted an inquiry via the contact form and quickly received a friendly response. Communication was generally very good and professional, and we were able to clarify all our questions. The move itself went very well and was even completed much faster than we expected. We can definitely recommend Gorilla Umzug.

Thank you so much for this smooth and professional move! All the furniture and belongings from my 45 sq m apartment (1st floor) were transported to the storage facility within 2 hours and sorted for me. I've never experienced such a relaxed move, and I can't remember the last time spending so much money was so worthwhile. The planning, communication, and execution couldn't have gone better. The team is super friendly and efficient at the same time. I can recommend working with Gorilla Umzug without reservation! 😊

The move with Gorilla-Umzug went smoothly; all agreements, some of which were made several weeks ago, were adhered to with absolute reliability. Every telephone contact with Mr. Amro was extremely friendly. Even the assembly of a closet, which Mr. Amro completed together with Chris, was done quickly, on time, friendly, and with a good mood. The price for all services was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

This was my first time using a moving company, and I had a lot of questions. They answered all of them patiently and kindly. The entire move went smoothly and professionally.
I was especially pleasantly surprised that the employees even repaired a small, already damaged wardrobe – they really shouldn't have done that, but it was great!
My box spring bed also presented a major challenge, as it wasn't easy to get it up to the second floor due to the narrow, winding staircase (in an old building). The team patiently disassembled it and finally brought it safely into my apartment.
Overall, an excellent service from Gorilla Umzug! I would use the company again at any time and can recommend them without reservation.
