We have used Umzüge Berlin 24 twice now, and they have been absolutely amazing both times! :-)
Communication was super quick and easy, and they were really responsive and friendly. They arrived right on time, handled everything without any issues, and moved all our stuff fast and efficiently.
They even took care of the waste and old furniture, which was a huge help. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

My move from Berlin to Frankfurt went very well with Umzuge Berlin 24. The team is very friendly, fast and efficient. We answered all their questions and they provided a very reasonable quote. They arrived, moved our stuff to Frankfurt, and everything went very well. I can definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Communicated via WhatsApp and it was smooth and quickly responded! Our big IKEA PAX closet and TV(with our original protection) are perfectly fine, thank you!
Although my desk top has a small scratch(perhaps it's on me since I didn't put protection on it), I'd still recommend as your next moving service :)

Great service. They were very friendly and professional. They handled everything carefully and quickly. The communication was in English and German. The booking was arranged via email. All prices were clearly stated. I will use this service again in the future.

These folks are great! I used them twice on very short notice for a Sunday move when nobody besides super expensive Movinga were available: first to move out to a storage room and then to move out of a storage room into my new apartment 5 months later. They were always careful with my things, creative in stacking boxes and furniture when it turned out the storage unit was a bit too small, and kind. Communication and payment was super easy via ENG and DE text on WhatsApp (no phone calls needed if you don’t speak German) on a flexible contract that only charges you for the services, equipment, and time used (really convenient if things change slightly on the day).

The price was good.

I really appreciated the manager for generating ideas and for independently coordinating with property management to make the move as efficient and safe as possible.
