I am extremely satisfied with Alrish Moving & Furniture Assembly. All items were packed very carefully and professionally, so nothing was damaged or visibly affected. The work was carried out cleanly, quickly, and with great care.

Extremely disappointing and unreliable
I rarely write reviews, but in this case, I feel obligated to warn others.
About a week before our scheduled move, we sent Alrisch Moving complete videos and photos of our apartment—including all the rooms, the balcony, and the basement—exactly as they had requested. Based on this, they confirmed a fixed price for the move.
The evening before the move, I contacted the company to clarify what we needed to prepare for the next day and asked about the cost of assembling an additional wardrobe. Initially, they responded politely, quoting €100 for this extra service. I even thanked them and mentioned that I'm a marketing lecturer at a university and would gladly recommend the company, as communication had been smooth up to that point.
However, it was precisely at this point that their tone suddenly changed. After re-checking the messages, they claimed there had been a 'mistake' and the new price for our move was €1,500 – more than double the originally confirmed amount. They also made it clear that they wouldn't come the next day if we didn't accept this new price.
All of this happened the evening before the move, a situation in which many people would have felt pressured. Fortunately, our situation wasn't urgent, and we were able to stay in our old apartment. Therefore, we canceled immediately and looked for alternatives. In the end, we found a much better moving company that carried out the move professionally – and for exactly the original price that Alrisch Moving had initially quoted us.
In my opinion, this behavior from Alrisch Moving is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. A last-minute price change after providing all the necessary information, as well as the attempt to exert pressure, is absolutely unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way.
For these reasons, I cannot recommend Alrisch Moving under any circumstances. Transparency, reliability and trust are crucial for a moving company – and unfortunately, our experience has shown the exact opposite.Lesen Sie mehr

I am very satisfied with the moving service. The team was professional, careful with packing the furniture, and very punctual. The transport went smoothly without any damage, and the prices were reasonable in relation to the service provided. I would definitely recommend the company.
