I had decided to move at the end of February and chose this moving service because it was close to me. The staff also seemed very friendly and dedicated. We had already set a firm moving date and agreed on the costs.
However, I was very disappointed by their behavior a week before the move. I messaged a representative via WhatsApp, but she ignored my message and didn't reply. She read the message but didn't respond. I then tried calling. Someone answered, but simply said 'unavailable' and then rudely hung up.
This experience was extremely unpleasant, and therefore I'm giving it only one star.

We completed our move from the Rhein-Neckar district to Oberhausen with MO Umzüge & Dienstleistungen. A super cool boss and efficient helpers at both locations. It was a fun, relaxed group. Great support when moving!!
In response to my telephone inquiry, the owner came to inspect the location and the parts to be transported and then sent a corresponding cost estimate very quickly. On the day of the move, the team arrived on time and completed the move very quickly and efficiently. At my request, newly purchased furniture was also competently assembled.
The team was very nice, helpful and committed, absolute recommendation! I was particularly impressed by the uncomplicated nature of the owner and his employees.
I can't say anything about the price compared to other companies since it was my first 'professional' move, but the price was reasonable for me considering the services.

Mo and his team handled our move professionally and seamlessly. We were always treated with a friendly and customer-oriented approach, and our furniture was transported to our complete satisfaction.
Should we need to move again soon, which hopefully won't be the case, we would definitely use Mo again.
