I needed to transport two large electrical appliances at short notice. Everything was completed three days later. Communication was excellent, and the transport was carried out punctually on the agreed date by friendly colleagues. I would gladly use their services again.

For a move within Aachen, Feinmacher offered the best quote. The movers were super friendly and very careful to ensure nothing was broken or scratched. They even reassembled furniture.

I can highly recommend this company! The three guys they sent were fantastic. Superb work, very friendly and courteous, and they handled all the furniture with care. It couldn't have been better!

I used this company to move my stuff from one place to another. The employees were super helpful and courteous. They asked me to just sit and did all the work themselves. The price they charged was way less than their competitors. I recommend them to everyone and I myself will also use them in future.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. They were very friendly and accommodating at first, but after the job was completed, they didn't respond to my complaints.
Instead of offering solutions, they remained silent. I wrote, called, and emailed them multiple times.
So, if your furniture, floors, or walls are important to you, it's best to avoid this company.
The only positive aspect is the low price – but that's no help when damage occurs.
